    Coaching focuses on self-awareness, personal growth, and forward movement. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical support, working with a licensed therapist or healthcare provider is recommended.

    While our work honors spiritual principles like presence, intuition, and inner wisdom, there is no required belief system. You are welcome exactly as you are. This space is inclusive, respectful, and non-dogmatic.
